MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Our apparel is made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed. Please allow time for both production and shipping.
PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for production before they are shipped. Production times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to product availability.
SHIPPING
We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders.
Shipping time begins after your order has been produced and handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery times shown at checkout or provided through tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been handed to the carrier.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Raised Like That Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will do our best to help if you experience a problem with your order.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your package appears to be lost in transit or your order arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact Us page and include your order number and details about the issue.
For damaged items, please include clear photos showing the damage so we can review the issue.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If international shipping is available at checkout, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not controlled by Raised Like That Apparel.
